Unwind Your Lower Back
Sometimes we find ourselves wishing we had more flexibility and mobility in our bodies. Especially after working your 9 to 5 at a desk with less than an hour to really enjoy your breaks and times to reset your mindset. This is my favorite stretch and is mostly safe for all bodies except for a few specific injuries that would feel flared up by this specific deep movement.
Instructions:
On hands and knees find your neutral spine.
Inhale to round the back towards the ceiling focusing on tucking your pelvis underneath you.
Exhale as you push towards your heels keeping the pelvis tucked.
Inhale as you release returning to neutral.
Repeat.
