I love that they offer mixed cardio and strength all in one! Most of all I love TRX and they luckily use it in some of the program sessions.

Holiday Decorations & Lights

The neighborhood around the studio has some great style during the holidays! Expect lights, props and all the cute December lights filling the usually dark streets.
