Pilates Glutes: Back Pain

Being home more full-time during this time Is challenging! However, there are points we need to aware of that can be the cause of pain that we have not experienced before.

From sitting a lot more than usual your hip muscles will begin to atrophy and tighten. Here is a portion of one of my workflows to begin safely strengthening your hip muscles while unraveling tightness and aches that can be caused by your desk job at home!

Add bands if you want to progress to a higher level.
