How to begin scheduling

First, create an account in our studio scheduling.

Choose between:

  • Private Lessons start with a individual private assessment $99

  • Class Lessons start with 3 required fundamental lessons at our studio $150

After your account is created

  1. Book your private assessment OR Purchase our group intro package

  2. Schedule your lessons 1-3 months in advance (or join our waitlist)

  3. Complete our intake form provided in our Welcome Email to you

  4. Please update details and notification settings in your account


Private Lessons

A holistic approach to pilates lessons. Where movement is focused on your needs, recovering, injury prevention and continuation of care from rehabilitation.

The ideal starting point for those with chronic pain, autoimmune conditions and other specific needs that require and comprehensive and in depth assessment to begin practicing with us.

$900 or $1200 per 28 days


Group Lessons

Semi-Private Group Class

Small classes for only 3-4 clients per class! Allowing for a deeper dive on movement with a hands on approach for those seeking a helping hand in their journey past rehabilitation into a program where you can enjoy being guided through new movements, a healthy holistic approach to health and provide individual guidance and adjustments to improve movement through daily living.

What lesson to start with

  • Private Lessons

    We believe that movement is individual and our needs may need to be met in a unique way. If you have a current, chronic or recurring difficulty in your movement and this affects your daily living Private Lessons are recommended for you.

  • Class Lessons

    On the other hand if you have completed a rehabilitation protocol but are hesitant to do other exercise routines and daily movements but no longer have difficulties taking care of yourself classes are highly recommended for you.
