First Lesson Yoga Alignment

This one-time yoga alignment is designed to evaluate your body’s unique alignment, mobility, and movement patterns. Using traditional postures and targeted props, we guide you through foundational poses that reveal where support, stability, and space are needed both physically and energetically.

This session lays the groundwork for a deeper connection to your practice, making it easier to focus on the mind once the body is better supported.
