Planned Workouts for your body

Start where you need to at home. Focusing on the pilates principles and get the same connection as our in studio sessions being able to contact your trainer 1 - on - 1 when you need it.

Custom Training Rates

  • These are programs that are suitable to do 3 times a week or up to once a day! Low impact on the joints for those who know they need a more focused a personalized routine.

    $499 monthly - includes weekend check in coaching calls.

  • $1200 paid in advance. 5 programs a week.

  • After your initial consultation I will design a pilates program that starts at the foundations to see how it suits your needs and goals then develop each week to follow your individual progress.

  • Training days can be as littles as you need them to be. Some clients prefer the 30 minute sessions and others need 45 minutes. Most of the programs are timed and will count down to the next exercise as you continue through the program.

  • The program can be downloaded as a PDF for when online connection is low or non-existent.

    You can always call us to schedule a remote session when you are near internet access.
