  2. Make tech your friend, use those apps, your fitness instructors class, run apps, etc.

  3. Stay on routine

  4. Understand will power

  5. Stay social, even if we are distanced

  6. Celebrate human resilience (post traumatic growth)

  7. Get physical

Sometimes we just need to move and play.
