Doctors with Prenatal Specific Training

We know that not all doctors are up to par with our personal standards. Maybe you’ve had a bad experience seeing a doctor for your pain that only saw you for 15min and the intern or aide the rest of the time. Perhaps, you just didn’t click with the movement cues they gave you, etc.

You are not alone in this experience.
As most healthcare careers pregnancy isn’t covered in depth for Chiropractors and Physical Therapists. I want you to know there is a growing community out there looking to help you. Let’s start here.

It’s important that if you are experiencing pain or discomfort to consult your doctor first. Your insurances may require a prescription or prior authorization before seeking these specialized services. However, in California we are able to receive physical therapy out of pocket up to 12 visits or 45 days, whichever comes first, without a prescription.

Is there any other questions or concerns you may have? Let me know and I hope to help you as much as I can.

If you aren’t experiencing pain, moving in pregnancy is key to reducing some aches and tension.

In America my pilates training does not qualify me as a medical professional but I want to share my experience with you and how Pilates can make life feel like so much more than work and repeat! If you are in Los Angeles, check out my programs and specials to join.
