Parking Information
Welcome to the studio! We have 1 reserved parking spot near our window labeled #22 on the ground. Feel free to use this space if you are able to fit and park in the space. There are also plenty of street parking spaces available on the side streets and in front of the building.
DOORS
Main Lobby: Mon-Thur 9am to 4pm; Fri 9am to 3pm.
Side Doors: are generally always locked
Early Arrival
Please wait in your car or the lobby if you arrive early.
48 Hour Cancelation Policy
You are required to reschedule 48 hours in advance via the online scheduling platform. Cancellations do not guarantee a refund unless you specifically contact me for it. Any session subscription also have the same cancellation requirements. Any future refund requests must be emailed to me and will be deducted according to our single session rate.
Covid Protocols
We follow a 5 day sick day protocol. Teachers and clients adhere to this rule. Sneezing, coughing, and feeling unwell will require you to be masked at minimum when returning after the 5 day period.
Holidays?
We are closed all major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Additionally there is one week in Aug that falls around Julie’s birthday.
Closures
Closures may happen with extreme weather or in the event other extreme circumstances occur. In the event of required closures by state/federal guidelines at home sessions may be implemented.
Teachers Are Subject to Change
As all employees are at will, teachers may change based as needed.

Auto-Renew (limited)
Commit to your healing journey with a Membership plan designed for consistency and long-term results. Sessions are scheduled in advance for the remainder of the year, securing your preferred time slots and offering our lowest session rate. Ideal for clients ready to prioritize regular movement and progress.

Recurring Appointments
Sessions do not carry over to the next billing cycle. Renewal happens when sessions are exhausted or when 28 days occur. Whichever happens first.
Vacations
IF your renewal is cancelled or are away for 10 days, we will open your permanent time slot to someone else.
Please plan accordingly.

Perfect for those needing more flexibility, The Drop-In Package allows you to schedule as needed. Whether you're traveling, juggling a changing routine, or just easing in, this option gives you access to expert-guided sessions without long-term commitment.

REFUNDS
We do not provide refunds if not requested within the cancellation period after the 3 month commitment.
Note scheduling at our studios will be prevented in the future.
SICKNESS, COVID, MEDICAL, Etc
Must cancel one week until all symptoms subside.
Auto members will be adjusted as needed.
Chronic cancellations will prevent scheduling.
TEACHER SUBSTITUTES
Teachers will sub when the other is unavailable. We do not adjust memberships if a teacher is available to teach you.

All employees are subject to change and are at will. In the event a teacher leaves with little to, or no notice, Julie will do her best to accommodate you and your needs.
